Woodford Valley, near Salisbury

A walk through mixed farmland, with a short stretch beside the River Avon. Birds that may be seen include Corn Bunting, Raven, raptors and hopefully a few autumn migrants. A 5 mile walk, some gentle hills, likely to last into the afternoon, so bring some lunch. Meet in the lay-by on the east side of the A360 Salisbury to Shrewton road; SU100391
