Severn Beach and the Pilning Wetland.

Wednesday 13 November 2019; 9.30am, Severn Beach and the Pilning Wetland.

A leisurely walk alongside the Severn Estuary to Northwick Warth and the Pilning Wetland. A good range of waders and wildfowl can be expected and there is a chance of finding Merlin and Short Eared Owl. If the wind is blowing up the estuary there is also a chance of sea birds.  Northwick Warth can be muddy so wear appropriate footwear. If the weather is fine the meeting will extend into the afternoon so bring lunch.
