Sunday 26 January 2020; 9.30am, Needs Ore Point, North Solent National Nature Reserve, Nr Beaulieu.

Details of the meeting place for this trip are on the information sheet issued with the Summer 2019 edition of WOS News.

 There is no general public access to this area and members will be limited to 20. Members wishing to attend should register their intention to come to Granville Pictor (tel 01722 325408 or e mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) after 1 October 2019 but no later than 12 January 2020. We will visit wet grazing marsh, the estuary of the Beaulieu River, and hides overlooking lagoons. Wildfowl should include Brent Goose, Pintail and Shoveler, whilst waders should include Spotted Redshank, Greenshank and hopefully Avocet.. Raptors are well represented and there is a chance of a diver or scarce grebe on the sea.  All day meeting so bring lunch.
