There is no general public access to this area and numbers will be limited.  Members wishing to attend should send an SMS message to the leader on or after 1st November.  Bookings will not be accepted prior to 1st November.  A donation of £3 in cash for access is requested.  We will visit wet grazing marsh, the estuary of the Beaulieu River and hides overlooking lagoons.  Wildfowl should include Brent Goose, Pintail and Shoveler, whilst waders could include Spotted Redshank, Greenshank and Avocet.  Raptors are well represented and there is a chance of a diver or scarce grebe on the sea.  All day meeting so bring lunch.  As parking is limited at this site, car sharing is encouraged.
