Saturday 30 December 2017; 9.00am, Imber Army Ranges near Warminster.

A repeat of this popular walk on this military training area where we hope to see some resident downland birds, flocks of winter thrushes, and hopefully Short Eared Owl and Hen Harrier. We will be walking off the hard surfaced roads for about 5 miles so please bring waterproof footwear. Meet at ST 966484 where car parking is available in the village beside the road. For those that wish to, we will have a second walk in the area in the afternoon so for those please bring some lunch.
