A riverside stroll, hoping for Dipper, Grey Wagtail and Kingfisher and a good variety of other birds. 
This is a morning meeting, with a possible afternoon extension, so bringing lunch is likely to be a good idea.
Details of the meeting place and the mobile number of the leader will be in the monthly email which is sent at the beginning of the month in which the walk is to take place. Field trips are rarely cancelled based on weather forecasts of inclement conditions as they can be wrong. However, in the event of cancellation, a notice will be posted on the website under Newsflash. Members may also check by telephoning the leader.
