Venue: outdoorevents@wiltshirebirds.co.uk

Sunday 8 March 2020; 9.00am, Mark Ash Wood and Acres Down, New Forest.

This will be a two location meeting. We will meet at Mark Ash Wood at 9.00am and look for woodland species. This is regarded as a good location for Lesser Spotted Woodpecker, but they can be quite elusive. We may strike lucky! We will then drive to Acres Down to look for raptors which should include Goshawk. We will also explore the woods beneath the raptor viewpoint as time permits.

Details of the meeting place for this trip are on the information sheet issued with the Summer 2019 edition of WOS News.

All day meeting so bring lunch.

Leader Chris Hocking
